Seasons Greetings!

As they say, "It’s the most wonderful time of the year…". And if you’ve known Kim Simmonds for longer than 5 minutes you’ll know how much she loves Christmas!

Decorations usually start to go up in November, and she’ll admit that all her presents are bought and wrapped in October (are you beginning to understand why she’s so helpful to our clients – this woman is a superstar when it comes to putting the prep into prepared!) 

But it’s not just office decorations. Kim has many Christmas traditions! In no particular order, here are four of our favourites:

1.The Advent calendars 

Each year Kim buys the most sought after advent calendars – this years were Fortnum’s, Harrods, Liberty’s, Diptique, Hotel Chocolat, and the White Company – and each member of staff gets to open 7 windows!

2. The Christmas Party 

Glamour and Generosity are essential parts of the Kim Simmonds’ brand, and you can always guarantee that she will go overboard for any staff outing! This year she took the Team to the Beacon restaurant for a slap up dinner, a ring-side seat to A Christmas Carol, and “Did somebody say cocktails?” Bottoms up! It was a very, merry evening for all. 

3.Recognition 

We try to keep recognition specific and frequent at Law 365, but once a year we want to give a special shout out to people who’ve done a stand out job! 

This year special kudos go to:

• Juliet - Star of the year 
• Lizzie - Lockdown star 
• Elliot - Unsung hero 
• Ryan - Unsung hero 
• Elliot - Colleague of the year 
• Megan - Colleague of the year

4. Fun

Producing accessible and helpful content is not just the province of the marketing team at Law 365, it’s a core requirement from every member of the legal team. But we have a secret weapon in our arsenal because Elliot Burton, our paralegal, has only recently hung up his thespian robes to train as a lawyer… So above you might've watched his directorial debut, herding cats (us) in a festive video that is informative and fun.

We can only hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it for you. It really captures the culture at Law 365 and the enjoyment we feel working together.
