Celebrating Partner promotions

Kim makes it a priority to support the women around her, in part because she's been supported by so many women to get to where she is today.

At our annual retreat this year she announced that Julie Alchin -- Law 365's longest serving employee and a stalwart of the Commercial team would be promoted to Partner.

In addition, Megan O'Hara, who heads up our Employment practice and has grown it from scratch, has been made Partner too.

At Law 365 Kim hires (and promotes) women to the most senior positions to act as role models for the young lawyers. These women demonstrate that they can provide incredible customer service and #commercial and #IT #legal expertise, while also financially supporting and caring for their families and mentoring the team.

Read Julie's blog about her Law 365 experience.
