Thank you to the judges of Lawyer International's Legal 100 Awards! We're so proud to be named the "Best IT Law Firm of the Year -- South East England".

As you'd expect from a firm that serves Microsoft Partners, we embrace all the latest tech so we can work from anywhere (which was lucky over the last 18 months!) ...but we've found that working in Kent has many benefits. 

Law 365 moved to our stunning Kent offices during the pandemic and are really delighted to be back in them. Tunbridge Wells is the perfect location for our team who either live locally or commute from the area (such as Brighton and Maidstone).

Offering an alternative to a daily commute into London has really resonated with staff and the beautiful space we now occupy is good for the soul too. Read about our "Dream office" in this blog by our CEO and Founder, Kim Simmonds. 

We've found that we're able to provide the same excellent client service, but we're now surrounded by green spaces and have a lot less stress. We're a 5 minute walk to the station, a short walk from home, or staff can park on the doorstep. 

We've also been able to make a tangible impact on the local community -- raising over £10K for our local Citizen's Advice Bureau, supporting the homeless charity Porchlight, and causing a stir with our incredible Christmas decorations. 

We're loving life in the South East and hope we continue to be the best for many years to come!

We have a Client Net Promoter Score of 86 = World Class

If you’re not familiar with NPS, you first need to know that the range of ranking goes from -100 to +100….Many good businesses get a negative score and a ranking above 80 is considered world class. 

Our Employee Net Promoter score of 88 = World Class

This score of 88 tells Kim that her employees are happy. They all contribute to make this a great place to work. The team does an incredible job supporting each other and sharing workloads.

Last year the employees set three collective goals for themselves – to think innovatively, to feel energised and to be proactive. They smashed it!
