Harriet joins Law 365 having previously worked in both private practice and in-house. She appreciates how imperative it is to understand the bigger picture as well as the finer legal details, and has a particular interest in discrimination law.
Harriet is known for her friendly and enthusiastic approach, and prides herself on helping to find the most practical solution for her clients. She’s experienced in advising on a wide variety of employment law matters - including recruitment, employment relations such as performance management, sickness absences and redundancy processes, termination, and post termination issues.
