Credit Menu

Transparent legal services helping you grow with less risk

How can I use my credits?

The Menu sets out the types of documents/training we can provide and the approach you want us to take i.e. working from:

  1. Law 365 templates with no, or minimal, customisation;
  2. Your agreements or those provided to you by your customers; or
  3. The above documents but with heavy customisation.

The number of credits (or fractions of credits) needed for a particular matter is determined by the type of document/support and the approach taken.

This approach helps you mitigate risk by applying spare credits to often neglected smaller contracts and policies.

Please note that whilst our credits-based model is not operated on an hours-used/hourly-rates basis, we do apply a long-stop time cap for each credit at 5 hours.

What if I need more help?

If a particular matter that you want us to help with is not included in the Menu, just contact us and we can give you a steer on the number of credits that would need to be applied.

If in a particular month you need to send us more work than your credit allowance permits, we would be delighted to support you and you can either:

  1. Increase your monthly credits purchase (for that month and each month for the remainder of the subscription period); or
  2. Instruct us on the relevant matter(s) on a Pay-As-You-Go basis where our current standard hourly rates as set out in the Terms of Business shall apply.

For further details on credit usage please see our Fair Use Policy set out in your agreement.
