Will TUPE 2006 still apply post-Brexit?

TUPE stands for Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment). TUPE regulations protect employees’ rights when they transfer to a new employer. 

Yes, they still apply as they are UK Regulations. In fact, the UK gold-plated the EU originating Directive when we were still in the EU so UK legislation already goes beyond the EU provisions originally required.
